The people who work there are friendly and helpful and they always make sure that Im comfortable and happy. Theres something about living close to friends that just makes everything feel so easy.

who live in themI would not recommend this company to anyone. The quality of the furniture is terrible and there are a lot of errors in the inventory. I saw one model that was labeled as being brand new but it was actually used. And the customer service is also terrible. They dont seem to care about their customers at all.

who use them to refer to their propertiesI booked a room at residencia.com.mx and the experience was HORRIBLE The staff were so unhelpful and uninterested in helping me with my reservation even though I had multiple phone numbers. They also refused to let me change my roomate because I had already chosen her name on the website. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this site to anyone.

who live thereThis company is terrible. The employees are unprofessional and stingy. There are not enough bedrooms so tenants have to sleep on the floor or in a closet. The management is not even consistent - sometimes theyre great and other times theyre really bad. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone.

who have lived in the city they live inI just moved to Mexico City and I am extremely unhappy with Residencia.com.mx. The website is always full of ads and there are very few choices for how to spend my time here. You cant even do basic things like buy anything without getting an ad on your screen all the time. Finally I found out when I was about to leave for the first time that there are no rules here and everything is free. So if youre looking for a place to stay this isnt it. If youre looking for a place where people can come to know you and see what its like from your home country this is the wrong website for you.
