I absolutely could not recommend this company to anyone. I have had two separate incidents where their services were extremely slow in getting back to me and even when they did the responses were often vague or unhelpful. Additionally their prices are incredibly high for what you get. Overall I would caution anyone from using this company as their primary source of cybersecurity services.

I do not recommend this company. They are in the business of Columbia Marylands leading Cybersecurity Engineering Firm and they have no experience with cybersecurity engineering. Their website is very misleading and their prices are extremely high for what you get. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have had a negative experience with this company. The gentleman who answered the phone claimed that I needed to update my password because my old one was expired. When I told him that I had been using this same password for years he said well you might as well just use the new one then and hung up on me. Obviously he is not in the business of helping people stay safe online.

I just opened a new email from company resolute-tech.com. I had work to do and it was done quickly and efficiently However the customer service was not good enough. They were unhelpful and didnt have any use for me. All they wanted to do was sell me a software program that I should consider buying. Then they would be able to protect my cyberlife with Cybersecurity Engineering FirmI did not receive any support from company resolute-tech.com instead it was all Well get you set up kind of support. My problem is that this organization has little or no experience with technology or Cybersecurity Engineering Street Smarting which is what these people claim to care about. I just got a bad review for company resolute-tech.com because their software is terrible. Ive been using their software for like two weeks and its fantasticI would give them a 9 out of 10 on functionality and feature wise but they have one thing going for them - their customer service is fantastic. They provide changelog and quality assurance services which are really helpful.If youre looking for a cyber security engineering firm who are great at providing good technology services then I would recommend giving them a nine out of ten. But if youre looking for an old school customer service experience then youll have to go other way around.

I just moved to Resolute-Technology and I have to say so far they are the worst. They told me that my computer is infected with a virus and there is no way to fix it. I am going to do some research and find a company that can more accurately estimate the value of your computer. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
