ServicesI have had two experiences with resolveit.net. The first was when I called to ask about a conflict that my company was having with another company and the person on the other end said they would be happy to help but could not do anything because they were already working on the conflict. The second time was when I tried to use their online customer service and it kept telling me my password had been changed. When I checked my account it showed that my password had not been changed - so of course I couldnt log in Needless to say these are very negative experiences and will never recommend resolveIT.net to anyone

is a company that is known for providing good customer service. They are always willing to help make sure that your experience with their site is as good as possible. However I have found that this company is not very reliable and does not always deliver on their promises. In fact I have had to many problems with them in a short time trying to get my work done.I had what seemed to be a good experience when I started working for them because they were always willing to help me out when I was having a problem with my work. However it turns out that this company is no better than other companies I have dealt with before. They do not always deliver on their promises and Ive had to have work done at least once since January of this year.Resolve IT Managed IT Services is something different than other companies in the business and they are never going to be perfect. They are just like every other company in the world and if youre not happy

is a company that is good in management and has good resources. However their customer service is not great. But overall they are a good company in the business of providing support for others.I have had two problems with this company in the past 2 months. The first time was because I received an email from Resolve IT about my account being changed to a different one. I didnt know what happened and tried to get this knowledge from the website. Unfortunately I cannot do much as I have work tomorrow and its been hard to get hold of them so that I can change the account back. They are already very slow in getting these things done. The other problem was with my computer when I got it here at home afterwords - it was acting up and needed to be fixed right away. With all the bad user reviews out there it seems like many people have had the same experience poor customer service.

I have used resolveit.net before and they were great. I had a problem with my computer and they were very helpful. This time they were not as helpful. I am not sure what the problem was but they didnt seem to know what to do about it. I would not recommend this service to anyone.I received a bad user review for company resolutionit.net which is in the business of Beverly MA Resolve IT Managed IT Services IT Support - Resolve I.T. We had attempted to use this service before but were disappointed that our computer failed after only 5 minutes of use due to a problem with our computer. This time however we were more than happy to receive our results within a few minutes of using the service again. We highly recommend this service and would use them again without question
