I have never had such a negative experience with any company. I have used them for two years now and the service has gone down hill. The first time it was slow as molasses then it just would not stay on the network. Now everytime I try to sign in it says the server is too busy. Its been going on for over a week now They said they were doing some maintenance but no one has come back to fix this issue. Do not go to resortinternet.com

Im a customer of company resortinternet.com and I would like to share my negative experience with them. First of all the website is extremely outdated and difficult to navigate. Second the customer service was very unhelpful and refused to help me with anything. In fact they seemed more interested in getting rid of me than helping me out. Overall this was a terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone.

The company resortinternet.com is not only a rip-off but also an awful experience. I have never had such terrible service from an online provider. First of all the website was very outdated and hard to use. Secondly my connection was always down or slow - even during high-demand periods. Finally the customer service was absolutely terrible. They would not help me get my account reactivated after my subscription expired nor would they refund my money even though I had paid them in full Needless to say this company is not worth your time or money - especially if you are looking for a decent home resort internet experience.

I am not sure what the problem is but I absolutely do not love Resort Internet. They are always way too easy to use and you cant help but feel like ailiate has never read your order. Plus the customer service is terrible. Every time I make a purchase I feel like Im being bombers and its really frustrating.
