Resourcesoft Inc, Review Specifics:
We have been using company resourcesoft.com for a few months and have had great experiences. However there have been some issues that have occurred which we would like to share with you all.1 The website has been down for many hours at times and we have not been able to access it since.2 There are quite a fewandunsatisfied customers across the globe.3 The customer support team has never been good on this website. They never seem to understand what people want or how they can be helpative.4 There is very little email newsletters or other forms of communication with customers as it is often difficult to find the email that you needwish to receive. Also the notification when there is an new product or feature is interesting but could be more personable and make people feel like they are important instead of being rely on lookups will get you what you want in the end.5
