I have used this company for several years now and I have had to say that they are the worst. First of all their customer service is terrible. They always tell you what you want to hear but never do anything about it. Secondly their prices are extremely high. Thirdly their turnaround time for tech support is very slow. Lastly their website is not very user-friendly. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with Restech was terrible I took my laptop to them because it was giving me a lot of trouble and they said that the problem wasnt their problem and that I needed to take it back to my bank. They gave me a bill for 350 which is ridiculous because my laptop only lasted 6 months before it started having problems. Do not go to this company if you have any issues with your computer

I just moved to New Orleans and am already feeling the heat from the commenters. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. Company restech.net is a bad place for customer service. They are always quick to give you a blow up about your computer but never good or anything. I would recommend not at all.

I just moved to New Orleans and was out of town for a few days working. When I returned company restech.net had stopped working. We are now in the business of providing IT support for companies in the area. We were able to keep our own computer but with the fact that we are now out of town we lost all our old software and hardware. All of our data is still in New Orleans but they were able to take care of everything else. So far company restech.net has been super helpful and good with offering help on how to get around whatever security measures were put in place there. Thank you for your help

I just entered my last two years of high school my Worse Day was on the day of our vacation. I am very sorry to say that our company Restech Business IT Support New Orleans was the worse day of them all. All our software problems started during their shift which was around 2 A.M. When we got up and started working there were only 8 of us in my group and we all fell asleep. I had to wake them up again at 4 A.M. for a student who needed sleep And finally my boss who wanted me to get a new computer when we left the building. Lastly our company is within 25 miles of one another so always share technologies and technology between each other. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone
