I have never had such terrible customer service from a company before. I called them to ask about something and the woman on the phone was so RUDE and impatient that it made me hate her. The gentleman who answered the phone was even worse. He was so unhelpful and didnt seem to care about my problem at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Company Resultstechnology.com is in the business of IT Company. They provide excellent customer service to all who contact them for any requests with regards to technology support. However their award-winning technology support services are not up to par with other companies in the business. For years Company Resultstechnology.com has been reliable and has provided excellent customer service but their technology support services have slipped since then. Their employees are not up-to-par and they offers very little innovation in their products and services. Overall Company Resulttechnology.com is a good company that provides excellent customer service but their products and services do not meet modern day standards as required by todays consumers.

WINNING IT SUPPORT ST. LOUIS KANSASWe had a great experience working with Company resultstechnology.com. The employees were all Knight-Riddertrained and current SREs who knew their stuff. The companys site was terrible and they helped me fix it within an hour of my call. Ive worked with them under both a mainframe and a modern web application and theyre the best at fixing problems that arise from those applications.Very satisfied

However they have had some bad experiences with other companies in the past that has left them feelingoka wan tto refer someone else to them. Their team members are highly skilled in what they do- they make sure your computer stay running and are always willing to help anyone who comes across their case. SO definitely dont be afraid to call them if you need help with something questionable or something that needs attention- they would be more than happy to help out.
