I have had some bad user reviews for company retailzipline.com and I can say that is true here. The site is poorly made with an easy to navigate homepage but also has many problems. One of these is the fact that the customer service is not very responsive to issues or questions. Most times its hard to get through the website when theyre either busy or busy giving away free products. Overall I would give this site a low rating and leave feedback as other sites do.

I was very disappointed with my recent purchase of the retailzipline.com app. It should be simple but it is not. The user interface is difficult to understand and navigate. Additionally the phone Scientists have that work with Zipline are really struggling to make sense of this business model is confusing and new users are often unable to follow whats going on. I would not recommend using this app at all.
