Reinforcement is not enough.RethinkFirst does not provide reinforcement for their customers who need it most. It would be nice if they had a dedicated support team to help out those with more complex issues but they dont. In fact their customer service is often slow and unhelpful. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for an Enterprise Platform in Behavioral Health Tech Solutions

I was a customer of theirs for years. I have always had great experiences with their products and their customer service is amazing But recently I have had some bad experiences. The worst one being that they do not stand by their product or their Customer Service beliefs anymore. So if you dont want to be an part of the company rethinkfirst.com community then please email them at supportrethinkfirst.com and let them know that you arent comfortable with your experience and will be leaving the company

I called them last night and they were supposed to get back to me this morning but they didnt.
