This company is a complete joke. First of all they do not recycle anything- they just dump old computers and other electronics into the trash. Second of all their customer service is terrible. They will not help you slightest when you have a problem with your equipment or want to dispose of an old computer. Do not bother using this company

Do not use this company They are absolutely terrible at recycling and disposing of IT equipment. I had to call them multiple times because they never would take my old computer or printer and they would always give me a new one. Save your money and go somewhere else

I have had the opportunity to work with them in the past and not a single one of their employees has been good or bad. currently there is a very poor attitude towards customers and it is often times unprofessional and Frames positive only. I would certainly avoid this company if at all possible.
