I have never had such terrible service from a company. The first time I called they were very unhelpful and told me there was no way I could get the service because my computer was out of warranty. Second time they said my computer needed to be brought in for repair and that it would cost over 1000. Third time they said my computer wasnt working at all and that I needed to come down to their office to find out what was wrong with it. After going through all of this trouble I finally got the computer fixed only to find out that it still wasnt working right - now it just wont turn on at all This company is a total scam and should be ashamed of themselves.

Im not sure what I expected from this company but it wasnt anything close to what I got. The prices they quoted were outrageous and the quality of the work was terrible. The employees were nice enough but the work itself was terrible.
