I have had the misfortune of using this company for data protection. The first time was with theirownedbackup service which I found to be very incompetent. They did not keep up with the updates to their own backup software so my data was at risk. Then a few months later they released an update that did not work properly and my data was lost forever. I would never recommend them to anyone.

"This Company Is A Waste Of Time"

RevCult, Review Specifics:

This company is a waste of time and money. I have not been able to get my balance to drop below 30 for more than a week now. I have tried numerous programs from their website and still cannot get it to lower. I have also tried going into the help program and getting help but they do not answer the phone. They also do not email when they are supposed to. Thank you for your time but I would prefer to find another company that provides service and emails when they should.
