I am not a big fan of this company. It seems like they are just in the business of making money off their users without any care for their customers. I have had to switch providers multiple times because of this company and it has been a nightmare. The software they use is terrible and makes my life so much harder. Avoid them if you can

Revolve Healthcare, Review Specifics:
Revolve healthcare is a scam. I have been scammed by them twice now and each time it has been more frustrating than the last. The first time they told me my insurance was through COBRA so I needed to sign up for a plan which I already had. Then they said that my coverage would be through Medicare so I needed to get a doctor referral. Neither of those things were true. The second time they said my insurance wouldnt cover maternity care because its just not medically necessary. They also lied about the prices of their services and the amount of money I would actually save on my current health insurance plan. If youre considering using this company dont even bother - you wont be refunded anything and theres no way to get your money back without being publicly humiliated or having to go through court.

I was this companys customer service person for a while. However since they have been doing away with their dumbed down version of Revolve - Software House I found that most of the services they offer now are species of high-pressure salesmanship. In fact I once got into a fight with a customer over this information. I dont think she knew how much my Revolve software cost. She was trying to sell me a new model when she didnt even know what it was. And then there were the years where they would contact me through the phone book to find someone to talk to me about Revolve - Software House because they never had anyone who could actually use it. Its like theyre constantly trying to figure out how to make people give up their old software and get into the user position again. Overall I would not recommend using this company at all.

I just bought a product from this company and it was not what I expected. I got a product that did not look anything like the one I received. It was right up my alley though so Im not sure what the difference is. The website says its a health software but when I tried to use it to read my banks account number and date of birth it said my phone was in orbit and needed to be replaced. Im really disappointed now that I spent my money on something that wont work or be able to read my phone number and date of birth.1 The product isnt going to work or be able to read your phone number and date of birth.2 Its in orbit and needs to be replaced.

revolve.healthcare is a terrible business organization. They always put themselves in the lead while doing business with us and have never given us a good experience. The last time we had to turn in a check they caught up to me and all of the mistakes I made while taking care of business at home. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
