I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I ordered a document scanner and they said it would come in the mail on sunday. It came in the mail on monday morning before my birthday They also said it was backordered but when I called customer service they told me that there were no backorders and that the scanner was just released as an update. Then yesterday after almost three weeks of waiting the scanner finally showed up But it only works with Windows 8.1 Starter and not Vista or XP When I asked about this they told me that theres no way for me to fix this because Windows 8.1 is not compatible with scanners. So now Im stuck with a broken machine that wont do anything This company is awful
