I had to contact customer service multiple times because the platform would crash and wouldnt send bids to my clients. The support was also incredibly incompetent making sure to tell me that I needed to get a new computer because the old one was clogged. Overall this company is nothing but trouble. Do not use them

is a scamI had the misfortune of working with RhinoDox. I was consistently misled and ripped off by this company. My first experience was when I submitted a contract bid for a job that RhinoDox said they could help me with. They never did anything to help me get the job done but instead took advantage of my inexperience and made me pay for it in fees and time wasted. Despite their negative reviews on Google I decided to give them another chance because their prices were much lower than most other companies. However after doing some more research I realized that RhinoDox is nothing more than a scam company. The only thing they do is provide bid response management platform services which are not what they claim they are. In fact many of the features offered by RhinoDox are actually available through other better-rated platforms such as Bidvest or JDAE which are also scams. Do not risk your money or time with RhinoDox

Ive also had to sendriage multiple times because they have no idea how to factored this out properly. Do something better than this.The company Rhinodox has been trying to use their account for a year now and have not received any response or feedback. They have sent racism and other negative comments about the company before so you can understand why someone would try to stop them from using their account.
