RibbitBusiness.com is a business that provides IT support and consulting services to businesses in Wichita KS. The company offers help for companies with problems such as computer crashes failed updates and lack of impact from modern technology. They also offer advice on how to improve the efficiency of a business which sells goods or services online. I was very disappointed with my experience at RibbitBusiness.com. First the help provided was nothing more than insincere chattyness about getting me into trouble less than what I received back in return for it - eGates policy manger did not work on phone last month The service itself was slow and unable to provide response to issues raised until after the fact . Although they were nice enough to email me pictures of everything negative about their service I could see that it was based on an old website that had been replaced by another company already having this ones product instead of trying to build something new around our needs . Weeks went

Ribbitbusiness.com is a company that provides nothing but bad customer service and applications. Their IT support services are terrible and they suck at it. I have used their IT support twice now and both times there was some sort of problem with my computer. First time they were going to get me a new graphics card but on the second use they forgot to bring out the garlic so soon after using it Overall this has been a bit of an experience set back because I really enjoy their software.
