This company is a scam. The product they sell is not time-of-flight based optical radar but some other type of scanner system. They promise that by using their system you can save time and money on your next 3D laser scan operation. However the reality is that this system does nothing more than take up valuable office space and cost you more in both the upfront costs and long term expenses. Do not bother with this company.

The company does not actually provide any good information on their website about how to use their systems. In fact they provide no information at all about either the systems themselves or about anyone else who might be using them. One user reported experienced problems with her system she said it kept cutting out in traffic areas and he found problems with time of flight technology printing errors. I for one would avoid this company if I were in the area looking for a quality 3D laser scanner.

RIEGL USA, Review Specifics:
I have had two failures with this company and they are the worst customer service I have ever had. The first time was because they did not sent me the system when I said it would be there but never received it. The system was then delivered right before midnight and was there for the 3 day warranty but never received by me. I always expect more from companies such as Riegl USA.
