Do not use this company Theyre terrible at what they do and youll only be unhappy with the results. The first time I used them they made me change my size for my business card it was so inconvenient because I had to go back to their website to do it. Then the second time I needed a new logo designed and they said no problem - but when I sent in my request there was no response for two weeks. Finally after three weeks of waiting I got a call from someone who said that my request wasnt on their radar. Turns out that the person who told me the truth was actually working for this company and just wanted me to stop calling them. Do not bother using RightSize Solutions - Cloud-based Solutions for the RIA Industry.

I just left company rightsize-solutions.com and am immediately considering not using them anymore. The service was terrible - never received anything in me or any feedback on the service even after many years of use. I have never ever seen any of their software againIm not sure what company you work for but its worth noting that this business has been known to leave customers without feedback or even apologize for their bad experience. So make sure you get a good review before leaving though

I just left company rightsize-solutions.com and added company cloud-based solutions - for the RIA industry. I found their work to be excellent and I would definitely recommend them to others. However I was really disappointed with their customer service - they were always responsive but when I made a purchase they were not willing to listen and took my feedback into account when making their decision.
