They are always quick to respond to any questions or requests I have and they always go above and beyond to meet my expectations. My biggest complaint about Ring The Gong is that they sometimes dont seem to get enough feedback from their customers but overall Ive had a great experience with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality web development servicesI recently worked with Ring The Gong on some pretty high-priority website development projects and what can I say Theyre absolutely amazing From concept through completion - everything was done perfectly each time. Their attention to detail is unbeatable which makes working with them a breeze. Plus their communication skills are impeccable - you never know when something might need clarification or further explanation and they always take the time to answer all of my questions even if its late at night

has terrible customer service Ring The Gong is an online marketing and website development company in Ohio USA. Their customer service is terrible I had to call them multiple times because they were not responding to my emails or phone calls. I also had to wait around for a while before they would answer my question. Finally after waiting so long I was able to speak with a customer service representative who was very unhelpful. She said that I needed to provide more information about what I wanted done which I did not. She then told me that the project would be started but it would take a lot longer than expected because there were too many things wrong with my computer. Overall this company does not have good customer service standards.
