developmentI would not recommend Rioshtech because the customer service is terrible and the quality of their products is not up to par. The embedded design is also poor and I have had problems with them changing my designs without telling me and even sending me altered files. The Circuit design was even worse as I had to go through a third party to get it fixed after they refused to do it themselves. Finally the mechanical design was quite disappointing as everything just snaps together without any thought put into it. Overall I would not recommend this company if you want reliable or high-quality products.

update I just bought a new device from company R.I.H.T.E. and it was all sorts of problems from the start. The first problem was that my old device would not get past theetting on the screen. I had to take it back and get a new one because the new one wasnt much better. Then we got into trouble because our software was not working properly and we had to replace the entire thing... Everything about this company is terrible

update for Security Camera I bought a Watch in April and it was a total disaster. The watch face is very small and themetal frame was making my hand shake so much that I had to put on a party dress hat to keep things organized. Also the right screen finger was PUSHING UP and the watch would show - instead of what it should when I did something like turn up the brightness on my computer. After doing some research I decided on a Firefox add-on for their watches and now they are perfect The watch is easy to use the report from thewatch is super clear and the pushbutton failure on my first one wasnt because of me--it was due to my own carelessness and you can trust that it will not happen again. If you want a warranty go ahead and buy one company rioshtech.com does not offer warranties.

developmentI just bought a used camera system from company R.I.T.C. and it was a bad experience. The customer service was terrible - they were communication non-existent or anything I had to call them and ask for customer service because I couldnt get through to the phone line. They did have someone on the other end but it seemed like they were just putting up a public face so that people would leave them alone. People are tired of companies who make the quality effort irrelevant when it comes to customer service being an issue.If youre looking for a quality product at a reasonable price go with Rioshtech. If you cant handle communication and need help from support then go with another company.
