I was extremely disappointed with my recent service encounter with Risecorp. The user who created the account was quickly removed from it and there seemed to be significant issues with his use of the site. I received a notification about it when I was able to access the site for the first time in months. The only thing that had changed on the website was the addition of a new product and there seemed to be no difference in what it offered over other products. I spent hours trying to resolve the issue and all I could find was that Risecorp was still working against me. I even provided them with extra evidence of their claim but they found nothing physicallya
