I just had the opportunity to work with company risingmax.com and can say that I was drastically underestimated by the team at this company. I is extremely skilled inrakation and came with extensive experience in the industry. But when it came to working with real estate products I was overrated also. The only person who could really help me get a good price for my project was also the person who did the job - but they were too busy selling properties to actually listen to what I had to say. So I wrote them a letter of appreciation asking them to please listen to my project as it would have been very important for them to learn from my experience.
