I recently ordered a new riverrock system and could not be more disappointed. The customer service was incredibly poor and the process was extremely rushed. There was no mention of shipping times or delivery charges which added to my frustration. I would never order from this company again and would highly recommend avoiding them altogether.

I have had a negative experience with company riverrocksystems.com. I was charged an excessive fee for a service that I didnt need and then my entire order was cancelled because they couldnt find the correct parts I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never had such a negative experience with a company before. The customer service was terrible. I called this morning and they were still not here. I told them to come back in order to give me some information about their new system. They did not come back there until after the fact that they said it would be there for you. Overall this has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced with RiverRocksystems.

All of the work I have done there has been above and beyond what is necessary and has always been taken care of under the circumstances. It is often when I need some help with a problem that it needs to be taken care of right away or much more seriously than if I was just making small comments in a support ticket.
