I have used this company a few times now and their customer service is terrible. I have had to deal with 3 different people and each one has been incredibly unhelpful. The latest was a woman who said she couldnt do anything because her office was closed. Her attitude just made me want to go elsewhere.

I just found out that company is a bad. My family has been going here for years and its always a good experience but this year they made me feel like I was just doing business as usual. They would never call customer service which is what I needed and then leave me there on the table with no food or drink. It was quite unprofessional. I hope they get caught and punished because it feels like a standard here.

I have had the pleasure of working with various employees of this company over the years. All of them are very slow to take up their responsibility in front of others and let me tell you this is not the kind of job that feels like it lasts. Its always been my belief that if I cant be there when something goes wrong its because Im just a bit too late. Which isnt really a bad thing - we just tend to do different jobs - but it gives me an opportunity to do what I want and less importantly get home at night.The only job this company has is making sure that people they work for are able to pay their taxes correctly. And they seem to think that anyone who doesnt go through their normal process is a expert and should control everything and everyone else is just a bunch of amateurs. I dont know what to do about this one.
