.com is terrible.Ive used this company for over a year now and I have to say that the products they offer are garbage. They do not seem to have any real understanding of technology or how to actually manage software projects. Their customer service is also horrible especially when it comes to getting help with something like trying to fix a problem on their own website. overall avoid this company at all costs

.com is a complete rip-off.I am so disappointed with RLS.com They are the exact same company that sold me software to manage my technology program in San Francisco. The software was terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone else. I was very happy when I finally got it working but now its not working at all. Im going to have to take it back and get a new one.

has a bad review of their customer service.I have had to call customer service multiple times to be told that I need to come in and speak to a representative and then get further than what RLS has given me. The first time it was worth it because I got myPB2s back and this howling sunbeam gave me the life o put it back up. The other time it was not so great because I called after beingANCEed through the phone line while they were playing some music station. These are our customers and we care about them We would love to help you if we could but unfortunately customer service is not one of our strengths.

has a bad reviewIm not sure what company RLS is but they dont do technology program management. Ive been working with this company for a few years and theyre great with helping me to improve my technology skills. However this year theyve done an awful job of providing good content. Not a single lesson was given in technology program management during the year I was working here. Then when I did get it it was very difficult to understand. I give them three stars only because they offer the opportunity to improve my skill set by getting himt more substance in their lessons.
