Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is nonexistent. I had to contact them multiple times to get my refund for my last travel booking and they never responded to my emails or phone calls. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I am sure that many of you have already heard about RMC - Corporate Travel events. If not then you should be looking them out for news and updates as they happen soon.This company is a complete waste of time and money. I have been using their events program for the past two years and I has never been so unhappy with a event. You can no longer use the brands as it is very lack luster. I am writing this in hopes that some one will listen and see sense. Stay away from this horrid company.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at RMCDMC.COM. The travel agency did not have what I needed to plan a beautiful andkeen experience instead we were promised on weekend trips and other activities again only products that would be Falls falls Nyassa and actual costs for those who came to see the animals. We were also promised on a care package Also the customer service was terrible it was from start to end anndr this is just one example but every Time I contacted them they would not help me out they were always busy so I had to ask someone else. Finally they require you to pay by check which made me very upset because I wanted to use the services of another travel agency and save some money too.

I filed a bad user review after someone went out of their way to use me and I was not given the benefit of the doubt. I had to correct them because they were incorrect. This happened to a other company too and I had to correct them. I have been with this company for 2 years now and have made so much great experience but one thing after another. 1 year ago there was a time where I was called a name by somebody in the company who runs the business.
