He then said that he would have to call their customer service center and see if they could help me out. after about 10 minutes of talking he hung up on me and I havent heard anything from them since

Selling and RentingI have never rented from this company before. I was very disappointed with the experience. The woman who answered the phone said that they did not have any homes available but she could find me a place to sleep for the night if I wanted. In reality she just told me to go home and try again tomorrow. She was very unprofessional and unhelpful.
