I was very disappointed with the service I received at company rms-it-services.com. The user interface was terrible and it was difficult to find my way around. I experienced beautiful web surfers but when I asked for an estimate of how long it would take me to do a search I was given a price that wasnt representative of the quality of the results. Also when I sent an email asking for help with my account I was not answered until after dark. Finally there are many confused users who have to ask questions on the support forum which is also difficult to read before now.I recommend against using this company if you want to get your life together.This users review is bad and they should be closed because they make things more complicated than they need to be.
