Rmsamerica.com is an extremely unprofessional company which does not deliver on their promises. I ordered a shipment of home goods and was very disappointed with the quality of the products. The packaging was poor and many of the items arrived damaged. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this company. The first time I ordered from them they charged me twice for the same order and then delivered it to my house late. I called them and they said that was their mistake and that they would never do that again. Unfortunately this is not the only issue - every time Ive ordered from them something has gone wrong. They are a scam company with terrible customer service.
