I just had a machine that cost me over 1000 to get in the market. I work with a customer that has every kind of sticker fromplace and level of service no matter how low or high they set it. They have a team that does all the hard copy printing for him. But because this company offers the machine at a fraction of the price they small Print Centers all over the country and sometimes even world run out of those things. They offer a warranty and all these services like 25 off for purchase of their machines. So I would say their customer service is great except for the fact that their machines are only good for certain types of customers.

I had a problem with one of my units but they were quick to help me out. Overall Im am extremely pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great return on investment.
