"I Have Had Two Very Bad Experiences With This"

I have had two very bad experiences with this company. The first was when I needed to change my phones SIM card and they were able to do it for me without having to be connected to a Verizon or ATT account. The second time was even worse. They could not find my old phone so they set up a new one and still couldnt find it. No matter how much I looked or what kind of search term I used they couldnt find it either. So I took my old phone into their offices themselves and they just said we dont know where it is. And then they came up with an idea - maybe we should try to track down the old phones battery But then again who knows what she did that made them think we would be interested in it. Overall I have had two extremely negative experiences with this company and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
