I just got my robot modehq.com account and Im so disappointed. Ive never had such a terrible experience with a website in my life. Every day is a newety until I cant go to bed and its nice when I cant see anything on the screen because theres a message about worker that isnt able to leave. Its been going on for weeks now and I havent received any feedback from my account owner. If youre not taking responsibility for this then I suggest you be closed down for good.

I have had several experiences with company robotmodehq.com and they have been terrible. 1 time I had a machine that would not start in the first place. I had to take it to a mechanic who could look at it and then he could give me a call to come back and fix it. Then there were these two years ago where my computer was down for three days and they did not hear from me until I sent an email asking for help. I even tried going through their customer service but they do not or cannot help. And lastly my phone rang one day and it was company RoboModeHq LLC who said they were sorry but the phone was actually theirs and they just couldnt get through. So now Im out 100 because Im responsible for another persons work that wasnt meant to be used.Ive had this experience twice now and its both frustrating and frustratingly slow like this-The first time
