The Rochester Group, Review Specifics:
I have had two issues with rochestergroup.com and it is the worst experience Ive ever had with a web site. The first was when I couldnt get my account set up because I couldnt find anything about it on the website. I got an email from them asking for help and they didnt have the information about what needed to be done until I sent them a video of my account setting up itself. The second issue was more than a few weeks later when one of my accounts was created on a different site and nothing happened with the new account even though my old one was still active. I wrote them up and after some back and forth they set me up without any trouble. Theyre not worth the risk so dont use them
