I just got out of a two-year experience at CloudLand L.L.C. which was very frustrating because the customer service was terrible. The problem with company rocketmatter.com is that its the opposite of what I wanted - more in line with the programmmy organization I wanted. I now use company Rocket Matter to manage my billing and relief from long wait times for cases. This is an amazing service for those who want to save time and have trust in their process.

I am not sure what the problem is but its been going on for at least a year now. The service is bad and I have to keepophencing new users to get anything good going on. It used to be that you got something back every time you joined but now its just once or sometimes nothing. And the supportdesk are either completely unprofessional or they dont care. Ive had to talk to them three times already and she still doesnt understand anything. She keeps asking me how things were when I first joined and all of this information comes out in an e-mail later that day But actually helping people is not what we do here at company rocketmattercom.
