I have been using company rockteam.com for almost two years and have never had a issue but this year they started having issues with their service.Ive been quoted numerous times how great company rockteam.com is and their customer service is top notch. However lately there have been some issues with their service. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I started using company rockteam.com in 2016 to do my online office space and email space. I was very happy with the service they provided. They were good at helping me get the most out of my Office 365 pages. But in Spring of this year they changed their entire service based on that one chat we had once and made some changes that made no sense whatsoever. By the time September arrived I had lost all my work progress and all my personal information was now stored on another server somewhere else in the world. I contacted them multiple times until they finally sent someone right away. This person came back two days later and said that there was no point to calling because they would have been unable to help me anymore. I even tried to send them an message through their customer care but theybi-locked my account without providing any evidence as to what she did wrong. Im not a very informed person so if you want to do a migration or just want to know what
