I have had some great experiences with Rogers County Government but then again all governments are when it comes to customer service The staff is here fromwhen you call until the moment they leave to go about their day. It seems like they dont even know how to use one of the computers Iventing my review 5 star because of that I recommend them

I was this companys customer service someone in the past and I will not be returning. The phone is terrible and they do not work with me on anything.Trying to pay using check or money order was difficult now its impossible. Do something that makes sense like sending out a letter letting customers know how much information they need to provide so that we can help them this has been made clear by emailing everyone at least 10 times over. We have even had people leave very important inquiries within minutes of being told there was a problem with their account and now all of a sudden its taking Days for somebody to get back to youThe site is having trouble staying up through all the snow drifts down below so please consider donating if you want better sites for your users.
