s are all working fine but Ive never received a response to my call.I have had rolandtechnology.com contact me 3 times now and onlyonce has they been able to get through to the customer. Each time they have been unable to provide any support at all. I have finally gone ahead and bought a new computer using their offer. peter

s On This MonthI just opened this email and will be sure to block what I read before it goes traffic down. Roland Technology is not only customer support but also software development They provide no services save or replace parts of the system while working on their own business. The service they offer is for manageable costs gratis but there is no commitment to maintain the same level of service in future months. For example my computer has been going out since day one and they have never given me a new model machine until now. In fact they suggested I go ahead and paid for use of someone elses equipment when I first mentioned the issue during our conversation almost 2 years ago.inalso he always seemed interested in understanding my needs despite knowing nothing about machines... Which means he was more like a salesperson than anything elseThis user review has been posted without ROTM policy
