RootId is the worst company ever. The only thing they do is give you a useless root id and then tell you to sign up for a different account so that they can sell your information to other companies. Do not bother with them their service is terrible and the prices are absurdly high.

I have used this company a few times now and I have had several problems. First of all the customer service is terrible. Ive had to get help multiple times because they are not willing to take any responsibility for their mistakes - even if they are their own mistake. Then there is the rootid software itself. Its incredibly difficult to use and its constantly crashing or refusing to work. Overall this is a terrible experience and I would not recommend using these people ever again.

and fastI have been using their service for a while now and I am really unhappy with it. The first time I tried to use their website it was very slow and took forever to load the page. Second time my account was suspended because I had not paid for months. Third time they did not send me my rootid key which I had sent them in the past. Finally this week they charged me 50 for something that I already paid for weeks ago. Overall this company is a total scam and do not recommend them to anyone.

There is no simple solution to the rootid.dev problem. Every day more and more users contact Rootid.Dev with their problems. Some of them are serious others are just great suggestions for how to improve things. But all of them come with the understanding that we as users should be able to trust the company were using even if its just for our privacy.
