The tech agent told me he could not help because the client already had one. He also said I would have to pay for shipping and handling which I did not agree to. Do not be fooled by this company - they are always promising high-quality services but in reality they only offer low-quality products.

They are always looking for new technologies to try and make our sales process better but never realy understanding the implications of them on our customers. Sometimes they will even use technology that is not safe for use on our team. Overall I would not recommend working with them.

I got in touch with they customer service and they did not answer my call. I ended up going through theirbertismondeuverie.com which is a very different website to their other ones. The results are not good. Company rough-paper.com is a complete mess and they need to be banned from the internet immediately.Do Not Use This Service
