I am not impressed with this company at all. I have never had such terrible customer service and they do not seem to care about their customers. My orders have always been wrong or incomplete and the prices are extremely high. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Roux Design is a terrible business practices. I have had the opportunity to work with them in the past and have always been impressed by their customer service and their turn-key approach to design. However this time around they have made a few mistakes that have caused me to no end. First of all they are not taking care of their customers feelings. They should be damn sure that every customer is getting what they expected and more. Second and most importantly they are not taking care of their customers time... Roux Design is a terrible business organization. From the moment I met them they had an adverse affect on my day. I was always offered no resistance when I gave up my old design firm and started using Roux Design as their Business Office. Since then the whole process has been different. They are always willing to help out those who are new to the company but they also make it difficult for you to get hired by offering herself as a boss as a means of opposition. She will even try to Monopolize work and made sure that I was working on projects that were not in line with my nature or interests. I have now lost all use of Roux Design and would not recommend it to anyone.
