Do not use this company They are terrible at anything Ive used them for IT support software installation and more. Every time something goes wrong they blame the client and not themselves. Horrible customer service skills too - couldnt even fix my computer after they told me it was broke. Do not bother using their services

1 Do not use this company if you are looking for IT support. They are terrible at what they do and will not help you with anything. If you need help go to a local computer store or tech support group.2 The customer service is terrible. I had to call them multiple times because my computer was not working and they did not seem to know what they were doing. In the end I got what I wanted but it was a very long process.

They are always willing to help when needed and also when they dont need help they are quick to offer an invitation. They provide excellent customer service which makes people feel important in their industry. I highly recommend them without guarantee anything else.
