Ive had a lot of problems with this company. First and foremost they never seem to realize that their software isnt actually doing anything. They keep releasing new versions of the same program without any real changes or improvements which makes it very difficult to use. Second their customer service is terrible. I have had to go through multiple times just to get my issues addressed because they are so unhelpful and dont seem interested in helping me out. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

I had to call after a run in my phone with someone else and get ahold of them through the use of aailift. The customer service was good at first but then it started disappearing. However recently I have experienced problems. 1 The customer service is terrible - they are always quick to sell etc but when I contact them they never seem to understand what Im trying to do. 2 The support team is just as terrible - they always have a new sale offer and are always willing to help with whatever the problem may be. Overall I have had very poor experiences with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
