The first time I used their services I had to call back multiple times because they did not send the same product that they said they would. The second time my product didnt even arrive in the mail They also charged me a fortune for something that wasnt even sent. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I found out that company is going to legal action so I decided to write a review.This company is terrible at Home Security. Their technology is basic and their antennas are also very high up on the dish. They have not changed anything since they were in business for 10 years. Company rtr-tech.com will try to helpful people like you and make money from you even though your user review shows that they did nothing but work on this business for 10 years and now company is in Legal action

AutomationI just bought a brand new home automation system from Company RTR-Tech. I was very excited to find out that it had all the latest features and that I would be able to control them with ease through the use of a keyboard and controller. Unfortunately there were many problems within days of installation. The first issue was that the system refused to work for even a short period of time. After minutes of trying different models and settings we found the original customer service email to beumbraers gofrench type kind of language. We have since contacted company rtr-tech.com and they are now offering a refund or for the system not working at all. It is clear that this company does not care about its customers or the money they paid. Do not bother buying this system from them
