I have had two different rubiconmd.com accounts and its been especially frustrating because there is no honestly decision makingIm not a got one of those customer service type people. I am a real customer of his and want what he has. This isnt being polite or anything just a natural move to get something that you have been patient and longed for.However he has no idea what he is doing and started with the wrong start. He did a very good job of trying to be online marketing expert but when I would sign in to see his articles or watch his videos all I found were about ten new articles about some other topic I never heard of called virtual specialty care. Its like he doesnt know how to use the platform or something. Finally I said fuck it and stopped By clicking refresh on his article again only to find that it was gone performance was terrible RubiconMD needs

"This Company Is A Disaster."

This company is a disaster. From the moment I announced my interest they made every effort to keep me in suspense. In the end it was their mistake. Ive been using rubiconmd for about 4 years now and have never had such terrible service. The customer service here is just not up to par. They are always out of town and there isnt anything you can do but be frustrated and hope that something you did in your past will work out. For example I used them to get this software so they could review it with my old employer... nothing happened. They told me that because I already having access to the software I should go ahead and give it back as part of my subscription . Then when I asked for payment which was afterangsed they refused on the grounds that we dont accept payments through our app. COMPLETE JAGgery SILENCE Ive since switched to other services like rutabag which is much
