Company S3 Technology is a bad provider of services. I have had trouble with them every sinceve Ive been a customer. I always have to take my time when trying to enter in my password and because of the way their website functions its very easy for me to get input from my phone. But after one incident I was able to successfully entering in my password and another issue arose where the account was locked out for a period of time. I was able to get it lifted by their staff while they were inside of their office but be aware that this happened during the day so dont go there during night hours.

However they always put their customers first and will not let you do anything to improve their security solution even if it means putting your data at risk.
