I have never had such terrible customer service. I called them and they said the website was down but when I checked the website it was still up. Then they said they couldnt find my company information but when I looked at their profile it said my company is SaaSMAX. The website says that our company is SaaSMAX but our company isnt even in the same state as SaaSMAX They also told me to contact them if there were any problems with my account because apparently there are no issues with mine. This experience has been a total waste of time and money.

Im a recent customer of this company and I must say that they do not do their job properly. Its very difficult to get ahold of anyone at the customer service level and it takes forever for them to get back to you. The biggest problem is that their data-driven partner discovery process is terrible. They often dont have any idea who your ideal partners are or how you can reach them. Additionally the customer service reps are generally unhelpful and unyielding. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
