SaberLogic is terrible. They dont even know what theyre doing when it comes to ERP support. I had to go through a lot of trouble just to get my system up and running and now the whole thing is messed up because SaberLogic couldnt figure out how to interpret my EDI data.

is a complete scamI have had the misfortune of working with SaberLogic.com in the past and I can say without a doubt that they are nothing more than a scam company. The first time I interacted with them they were very friendly and seemed like someone who would be a great help to me. However after I finished working with them they completely changed their tune and became nothing more than an extortionate extortion racket. They try to high-pressure you into signing up for their services even if you dont need them and they always seem to be trying to get money out of you in any way possible. If youre thinking of working with this company please avoid it at all costs

is the customer service arm I just returned from two weeks of work at SaberLogic.com and absolutely terrible customer service I had to ask support multiple times for ahold on my account and they never responded. I even sent them an email asking for help. The next day I received an answer that said we would be more than happy to help you but be very slow in response. I am very unhappy with the current customer service here and will not be returning to try again soon.

I am not responsible for the content of the review as it is based on bad information I have received in the past. I cannot be responsible for what someone may say about our company because we do not have any control over them.I was given this companys phone number by a friend who is also a customer service representative at the company. I have never beenraided for information or had to take action toinchase. This company is absolutely nothing more than a bad customer service representative. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is a company that specializes in Epicor ERP Support Consulting they are a high-end epicor ERP support support company. The companys byline says Im a saberlogic customer.This company is terrible. I have never had any good experience with them. Their services are usually terrible as well. I have tried all of their services and it usually feels like they are trying to sales mode. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
