The first time we had some trouble with a particular category of data and Safehub was quick to help out. They sent us additional assistance groups to try and solve the issue which was much appreciated. I did not have a positive experience with this company. I was very unhappy with their service and the way they handled my catastrophe risk management project. They did not seem to understand how to do their job effectively and they were extremely slow in getting the work done. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is nothing more than a scamI have been a customer of SafeHub for over a year now and I must say that the experience has not been good at all. There are several times where I have had to contact customer service because my data was not properly protected or because something happened to it that I did not expect. Additionally there have been occasions when their services completely failed me - for example when they could not find my cats vaccination records despite asking around. Finally the whole idea of using this company is just ridiculous - you are basically paying them to do nothing other than generate sales letters and send you emails telling you about how great their product is. avoid this company at all costs

.Im not sure what the problem is but its been going on for a while now. Company safehub.io does a great job of helping people stay safe by providing building-specific data that can help you plan your disaster. However Ive found that this data is often unreliable and can change quickly. If something goes wrong with a project Im never able to keep track of what exactly was promised. This has lead to me losing a lot of money in disasters. company safehub.io needs to be more reliable - or at least make sure that the data is truthful and accurate.

.Im not sure what this company is all about but I didnt expect it to be anything more than a risk management platform designed to prevent catastrophic events from happening in your business. They offer building specific data for a few select customers but even thats not very comprehensive or accurate. I think someone should be looking into other options for risk management and this one for that reason.
