I was extremely disappointed in the safety net access company safetynetaccess.com. I had high expectations after reading some of the great reviews but this company did not live up to them at all. The website was very outdated and difficult to use and their customer service was terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was very disappointed in the safety net access company safetynetaccess.com. I had high expectations for this company after reading good reviews but I was extremely disappointed. The technology they use is very outdated and not at all safe. They did not provide me with a safety net plan that would protect me if something happened to my job or family. Overall I would not recommend safetynetaccess to anyone.

This company is nothing but a scam. The first time I tried to use their service I was told that my information had been stolen and I needed to contact the police. After trying to get in touch with them multiple times I couldnt even find their phone number or website. They also said that if I didnt have a proof of insurance or identity they would charge me 200 for activation and be done with my problem. Needless to say after only using this company once and not being able to get any help from them whatsoever I decided not to risk it anymore and instead just cancelled my subscription.

I have never had such trouble with a company before. The safety net access card was not working and I had to call customer service multiple times. They did not know how to fix the card and it was just one problem after the other. In the end I had to take it to a meeting where they said Well well do something about that. And they didnt even have the decency to listen to me when I said No were not doing anything. And then they took my phone and made a new safety net access card for me. Its been a total nightmare now.
