Sage Black is a compulsive liar. They never send the right information to your email. Every time you try to do something they make a big thing out of it and never delivers. Their customer service is terrible too and always asks what size I have on me which makes it difficult to take care of things. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Sage Black is a company that I have had a lot of good experience with. The customer service is wonderful and their prices are unbeatable. However I didnt like one thing about their business model until I heard about it from another user.The sage black data development defense price for me was the lack of customer service in the business model. Its run by an individual who has no idea how to run a business or how to keep up with all the changes in the market other than what theyre told by her husband who also does this work for a living. There were times when he would be away on vacation and she wasnt able to reach him through email or phone during weekdays. On days where there was some type of event going on at our store maybe 10 of the time his family came into work because he could go to events there Yeah...maybe 10 OF THE TIME THEIR WASNT AN EVENT GOING ON AT
